Job summary

LifeSpire of Virginia is seeking a Licensed Practical Floor Nurse for a part-time night shift in Virginia. The role focuses on resident care, assessment, and collaborative teamwork within a supportive community.

The successful candidate will have an LPN license in good standing, 1–3 years of nursing experience (geriatric/Skilled Nursing a plus), and knowledge of applicable regulations. We value compassion, reliability, and excellent customer service in our residents’ daily lives.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (LPN).
• Currently licensed as an LPN, in good standing, with the Virginia State Board of Nursing.
• 1–3 years of nursing experience is preferred.
• Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing or Assisted living environment and with geriatric population is a plus.
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations.
