Job summary

NexCare WellBridge Senior Living in Dimondale, MI is seeking an LPN to join our Skilled Nursing team. You will administer medications, provide supportive and preventive care, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team using advanced technology.

We offer 12‑hour shifts, full‑time NX1, a $15,000 sign‑on bonus paid monthly, shift premiums, wage growth, tuition reimbursement, health benefits, 401k, and a vibrant, family atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Must have an LPN license in Michigan and CPR‑BLS certification.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree or higher required.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities for personalized care plans.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of treatments including would care, IV therapy, and wound care.
• Administer medications as prescribed and educate patients and families on changes.
• Provide preventative and supportive care for physiologic and psychosocial well‑being.
• Promote hospitality and exceptional customer service in daily interactions with patients and families.
• Oversee the Nurse Aide team including direction, training, and evaluations.

Our Skilled Nursing team delivers specialized care to patients across a variety of different areas such as orthopedics, cardiac care, respiratory health, oncology, palliative care, infectious diseases, neurology, and dermatology. You’ll have the autonomy to evaluate patient needs and administer care as you see fit, leveraging cutting-edge technology and being an integral part of a robust interdisciplinary team. You will earn: up to $40.55 per hour on Nights!! PLUS - $15,000 Sign On Bonus - Paid out MONTHLY!!

• Starting wages: $29.15 - $32.15 per hour
• Shift Premium $4.00 per hour during these times: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM Shift Premium $5.00 per hour during these times: 6:30 PM – 10:30 PM
• PLUS $3.40 per hour hero pay
• Yearly Wage Increases
• PLUS Sign On Bonus up to $15,000 for Full Time! This bonus is to be paid out in monthly installments of $1250.00 for the candidate's first twelve months of employment.

How You Will Help People Every Day

• You will perform a variety of treatments, including would care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes and peritoneal dialysis.
• You will administer medications to patients as prescribed by the physician and advise patients and families regarding changes to medications, treatment plans, and patient condition.
• You will provide preventative and supportive care directed to the physiologic and psychosocial well-being of patients.
• You will promote hospitality and excellent customer service in our every daily interaction with our guests, their families, and visitors. Through kind words and encouragement, you will promote a positive, healthy environment in which to heal and thrive.
• You will oversee the Nurse Aide team including giving direction & assignments, offering training, and contribute to recognition and evaluations.
  
  

What you will need to be part of our EPIC team:

• A current license to practice as an LPN in Michigan; current CPR-BLS certification.
• An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or higher.
• A high level of analytical abilities in order to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to difficult problems concerning well-being.
