Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, MN is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time long-term care. You will provide nursing care, administer medications, and document outcomes under supervision, contributing to a patient-centered care plan.

Requirements include an LPN license in Minnesota, with an associate degree preferred; IV therapy training may be needed in some cases. Excellent benefits and sign-on options are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
• If IV therapy is required, ensure IV therapy training/certification where applicable.
• Pre-licensure program with supervised clinical experience across the lifespan.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care.
• Administer medications or treatments as ordered under supervision.
• Document resident interactions and outcomes related to care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to support resident needs.
