Good Samaritan Society – Mandan Sunset is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide professional nursing care in a long-term care setting under supervision. The role emphasizes compassionate, resident-centered care and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

The position offers 12-hour night shifts (6:00 pm–6:30 am), full-time status, and a 36-hour work week with weekend rotation and holiday coverage.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
• North Dakota IV therapy requirements may apply for IV therapy/management.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing care for residents under supervision.
• Administers medications or treatments as ordered.
• Documents resident interactions and outcomes related to care, medications, behavior, activity and diet.
• Maintains confidentiality and communicates clearly within the interdisciplinary team.
