Job summary

Reliant Care Management Company in Missouri is seeking a compassionate LPN or RN for PRN night shifts to provide attentive nursing care to residents.

You will perform assessments, admit and discharge tasks, wound care, and lead CNAs while following facility protocols. The role emphasizes empathy, patience, and strong teamwork to support residents and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, follow protocol, report medical or behavioral changes, and document findings.
• Perform admission duties: complete assessment, MAR, TAR, POS, review chart setup, physician orders, and order medications.
• Manage discharges: complete documentation, notify physician and guardian, and arrange transportation.
• Provide wound care: follow protocols, irrigate, pack, and remove dressings.
• Lead CNAs and CMTs, ensuring compliance with facility protocols and policies.
• Respond effectively to emergency situations.
