Prisma Health is hiring an LPN for the Roger C. Peace Rehabilitation Hospital in Greenville, SC. In this role, you'll provide nursing care under the guidance of Registered Nurses or Physicians, while also monitoring patient conditions and responding to their needs.

The position requires completion of an LPN program and at least one year of experience as an LPN. Night shifts are required, and you'll work in a supportive environment focused on patient care.

Qualifications

• One (1) year experience as an LPN.
• Current LPN compact/multistate license recognized by the NCSBN Compact State.

Responsabilités

• Provides nursing care for patients under the guidance of a Registered Nurse/Physician.
• Monitors and documents patient status and condition.
• Administers and documents medication as per policy.

Formation
