Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a licensed practical nurse to join our team at West Tennessee State Penitentiary in Henning, Tennessee. The LPN provides holistic nursing care within the scope of practice to incarcerated patients, under supervision of RNs and medical/psychiatric staff.

Requirements include a Tennessee LPN license or ability to obtain one, current CPR, and the ability to obtain a security clearance. Shift is 5:30 pm6:00 am, 3x12s with rotating weekends. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN license or ability to obtain license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Corrections experience not required.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients within scope of practice.
• Work under direction of Registered Nurses, medical, and psychiatric staff.
• Respond to a range of physical and mental health needs.
• Rotate 3x12 shifts with weekends.
