Job summary

Prisma Health is seeking an LPN to provide nursing care at Blount Memorial Hospital's Neuroscience Med/Surg unit. Under supervision of a Registered Nurse/Physician, you will collect data, monitor patient status, and document responses. You will deliver patient/family instruction and assist with routine care and documentation.

The role requires completion of an LPN program and at least 1 year of LPN experience. Night shift responsibilities and credentialing in line with state boards are included.

Qualifications

• Completion of an LPN program recognized by the State Board of Nursing.
• One year of LPN experience preferred.
• Ability to follow individualized plan of care.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under supervision.
• Monitor and document patient status and vital signs.
• Maintain confidentiality of medical records.
• Administer medications per policy.
