Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Health System is seeking an LPN for the G81 unit on the Main Campus in Cleveland. The role supports a specialty surgical step-down and general medical unit, covering night shifts from 7:00pm to 7:30am. You will work with a diverse team in a world‑class hospital renowned for patient care.

Responsibilities include data collection, implementing RN-directed care plans, administering medications, and patient education. Requires Ohio LPN license and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program.
• Current Ohio license as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross

Responsibilities

• Collect, document and report patient data and observations.
• Implement care plans as directed by an RN and contribute to care plan revisions.
• Administer medications and/or treatments authorized by a provider and observe patients for adverse reactions.
• Perform routine laboratory tests.
• Educate patients and family members.
