MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center, Mason City, IA, seeks an LPN to provide patient care under RN supervision during the 12-hour night shifts. The role supports a multidisciplinary team, adheres to nursing standards, and contributes to care plans and discharge planning.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program is required.
• Current LPN licensure in Iowa is required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet department needs.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in assessing the patient's physical, psychosocial, environmental, spiritual, social and educational needs.
• Develop and implement the plan of care including discharge planning.
• Provide learning opportunities to meet patient/family education needs.
• Communicate patient changes to the nurse and team.
• Attend departmental meetings and support staffing needs across units.
