Lower Bucks Hospital, a member of Prime Healthcare, is seeking an Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Psychiatric Technician to provide direct and indirect patient care in a hospital setting in Bristol, PA. This role operates on a nights shift and offers part-time (<60 hours) employment.

The ideal candidate holds a valid LPN license, current BLS, and preferably IV/BW certifications, with responsibilities including triage and EMTALA-compliant patient care under RN supervision.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Vocational Nurse.
• Current BLS certification upon hire and maintain current.
• IV certification upon hire; Blood Withdrawal (BW) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Psychiatric Technician provides direct and indirect patient care services requiring technical and manual skills, within the scope of practice, that meet the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care, and meets the communication needs of the patient and family; Performs under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse. Demonstrates knowledge of EMTALA Regulations and triage process in the ER setting.
