Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited program for licensed practical nurses.
• Licenses/Certification: Current Licensed Practical Nurse – LPN license issued in the state of facility location. BLS required. ACLS preferred.
• Experience: Minimum one year’s prior experience in an acute care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the scope of licensure for assigned patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Follow established nursing standards, hospital policies and procedures to promote health and safety.
