Job summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides professional nursing care for residents of all ages in long term care under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician. Demonstrates knowledge of nursing principles for the resident in the relevant clinical setting.

Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program with LPN licensure.
- Associate degree in practical nursing preferred.
- Current LPN license in state with no encumbrance.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care for LTC residents under supervision.
- Administer medications or treatments as ordered and document outcomes.
- Assess residents and respond to changes in condition promptly.
- Communicate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team clearly.
- Maintain patient safety, confidentiality, and accurate charting.
