Job summary

Domnovate Healthcare seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse for a local, on-site contract in Florence, Alabama. You will provide practical nursing care, monitor patients, administer medications as authorized, and maintain accurate documentation with clear communication to the RN or provider.

Shifts are 7:00 PM–7:30 AM with a 30-minute meal period; a 36-hour weekly guarantee applies. Start date around October 26, 2026; end date December 7, 2026; this is a W-2 assignment through our employer of record

Qualifications

• Current Alabama LPN license or certification within scope.
• Accredited education appropriate to the discipline and practice.
• Careful observations, clear communication and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within authorized scope and care plans.
• Monitor patient needs and administer medications/treatments as authorized.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communicate changes to RN or provider.
