Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct certified nursing assistants and other nursing staff.
• Monitor residents' condition and report significant changes to physicians.
• Administer medications following the five rights of medication administration.
• Develop and update residents' plan of care with the care team.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
