HAN Staff is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Raleigh, North Carolina for night shifts on a 12-hour, 36/48 schedule. The role provides direct patient care under RN/physician supervision, medication administration, and accurate EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• NC license/certification current, valid, and in good standing.
• 1+ year of LPN experience in the last 3 years.
• Primary Source Verification (PSV) copy if required.
• Current certifications and compliance documents (e.g., BLS, N95, immunizations, TB).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and record patients' vital signs and report changes.
• Assist with patient assessments and implement individualized care plans.
• Perform wound care, specimen collection, and other basic nursing procedures.
• Document patient care accurately in the EMR.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and treatment plans.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for patients.
• Follow facility policies, infection control protocols, and regulatory standards.
