Qualifications

• Must have a valid permanent Oklahoma LPN license and two years of practical nursing experience.
• Or an LPN license recognized by the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) with two years of experience.
• English proficiency sufficient to perform essential functions.

Responsibilities

• Performs nursing procedures or specialized tasks as permitted by licensure and clinical setting.
• Assists in evaluating responses to interventions and in documenting patient status.
• Administers medications as ordered and reports patient information to the supervising nurse.
• Provides patient care and education under supervision, including routine vital signs and basic nursing tasks.
• Acts as Charge Nurse on a unit when assigned and supervises staff delivering patient care.
• Performs other duties as assigned consistent with responsibilities and agency operations.
