Job summary

Willis Knighton Bossier 3 North, a med/surg/telemetry floor, is seeking a motivated LPN with strong assessment and communication skills. This full-time night shift offers a sign-on bonus and orientation with a preceptor to support new nurses.

Join a fast-paced unit delivering diverse medical, surgical and cardiac care, with a 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio and support from a nurse aide. Prior hospital nursing experience is recommended, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• LPN license required for practice in hospital settings.
• New graduates welcome to apply and train on unit.
• Experience with med/surg/telemetry patient care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments and document findings.
• Delegate tasks to ancillary staff and coordinate care.
• Communicate with physicians and case managers and educate patients.
