Job summary

Griffin Hospital is recruiting an LPN for a 36-hour night shift on the 2 North B (24 Bed Medical/Surgical Unit). The successful candidate will participate in nursing care under the supervision of an RN, document patient information, and report any unusual findings. Medication administration includes IM and oral doses as well as pharmacy prepared I.V.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and/or assist in nursing care of patients under the supervision of an RN.
• Record patient information regarding patient’s condition, and report unusual findings to responsible R.N.
• Administer IM and oral medications, pharmacy prepared I.V. meds.
