Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
- Unencumbered LPN license and continuing education requirements per facility.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care under supervision.
- Administer medications or treatments as ordered and document outcomes.
- Contribute to resident assessment and care planning with the interdisciplinary team.
- Maintain confidentiality and communicate clearly with residents, families, and staff.
