Qualifications

• Unencumbered Ohio LPN license and CPR certification.

• Excellent written and verbal communication and critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct nursing care per plan of care, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation.
• Supervises the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants.
• Monitors patient's condition and notifies physician of any change.
