Job summary

StoneBridge Senior Living seeks a devoted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in De Soto, MO. You will coordinate resident care, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians to ensure high-quality geriatric care on the unit.

Qualifications

• Must hold current state LPN license.
• CPR certification and optional nursing specialty certifications are desirable.
• Two years of experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
• Basic computer skills; familiar with Electronic Medical Records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care for residents on the unit, ensuring appropriate nurse aide support.
• Administer and document medications and treatments as ordered.
• Perform nursing assessments and report changes to physicians and management.
• Support resident comfort and safety through appropriate interventions.
• Assist with wound care, catheter care, oxygen therapy, and related treatments.
