Job summary

A healthcare provider in Baton Rouge is seeking a Full-time LPN for night shifts. Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience with either LTAC or Surgical unit.
• Must be able to work flexible schedule including 12 hour shifts.
• Have dependable transportation, driver’s license and car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing and supportive care in accordance with the plan of care.
• Communicates with the attending physicians and other hospice team members.
• Document all services provided and submit on appropriate forms.
• Demonstrates knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations for hospice benefits.
• Report changes in patient condition and needs to RN.
