Job summary

This full-time role requires Kentucky LPN licensure, three 12-hour night shifts per week (7:00 pm–7:30 am), and some weekend/holiday work.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care on the Med-Surg Telemetry unit.
• Perform ongoing assessments and document in patient records under RN supervision.
• Coordinate with Nursing Care Technicians and physicians to ensure quality care.
