Saber Healthcare Group’s Gastonia Health & Rehab Center in Gastonia, NC is seeking a compassionate LPN to join a skilled nursing team. You will assess residents, develop care plans, administer nursing care, and supervise aides while ensuring compliance with federal and state standards.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered LPN license in the state of work.
• CPR certification is required.
• Must have basic computer skills and be able to navigate Electronic Health Record software.

Responsibilities

• Administer nursing care and evaluate outcomes.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other staff in a SNF setting.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local standards and policies.
