Job summary

Saber Health Group is seeking a compassionate LPN to join a skilled nursing facility in East Gastonia, NC. You will assess residents, create individualized care plans, administer care, and supervise nursing staff in a supportive SNF setting.

This role offers flexible wage options including on-demand pay, a strong benefits package, and opportunities for career growth. Shifts are nights, with every other weekend, and both full-time and part-time openings are available.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered LPN license in the practicing state.
• Must possess a current CPR certification.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and supervise nursing assistants and other personnel.
• Evaluate nursing care and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards.
