Job summary

Westminster Shores is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for a full-time 11pm–7am shift in Assisted Living. You will deliver direct nursing care, supervise nursing assistants, and ensure medications are administered on MD orders in a Florida Life Plan Community.

Qualifications

• Must be currently licensed in the State of Florida as an LPN.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with evaluating residents' needs.
• Assist with planning resident care based on MD orders.
• Implement resident care based on MD orders and communicate updates to MD.
• Ensure residents receive medications at the prescribed times.
• Monitor blood glucose, temperature, and blood pressure.
• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, transfers, mobility, toileting).
• Ensure CNAs follow MD orders.
