American Senior Communities is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for the University Nursing Center in Indiana. This night shift role (6p-6a) is full time with every other weekend, offering opportunities to build relationships with residents and staff while delivering compassionate geriatric care.

You will assess, document changes, and collaborate with the care team to promote residents' physical and psychosocial well-being, aligning with the CARE values of compassion and excellence.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
