Job summary

Fairhaven Christian Retirement Center in Illinois is seeking a part-time LPN to join our team. The position supports resident care, including vitals, medications, and daily nursing tasks, with a focus on compassion and dignity.

Shift is 10:30pm–7:00am; pay scale $26.65–$29.25 per hour depending on experience. Requirements include Graduate of an accredited nursing program, current Illinois license, CPR, and experience with EHR.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Illinois license current and active.
• CPR registration current.
• Knowledge of geriatric population and life community settings.
• Experience with EHR or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per care plans with kindness and professionalism.
• Check vitals, administer medications, and monitor resident well-being.
• Document observations and resident responses in the health record.
• Maintain safety, infection control and HIPAA compliance.

Skills

Current license in Illinois

Current CPR registration

Geriatric knowledge

EHR experience or willingness to learn

Education

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
