Job summary

SOUTHERN HEALTH PARTNERS INC is seeking an LPN for the La Plata County Jail in Durango, CO, 12-hour night shifts. Compensation is $30.00–$32.00 hourly with ¾ 12-hour night shift rotation and EVO weekends.

Qualifications

• Delivering hands-on nursing care and monitoring patients’ symptoms, responses, and progress.
• Documenting patient care accurately and collaborating with healthcare providers on treatment plans.
• Administering medications in accordance with nursing standards, provider orders, and correctional healthcare guidelines.
• Performing patient assessments and responding to emergencies using sound clinical judgment.
