Southern Health Partners, Inc. is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Night Shift at La Plata County Jail, CO. This ¾ 12-Hour Night Shift Rotation includes EVO weekends and DailyPay options.

You will deliver hands-on nursing care in a secure, structured setting, document care, administer medications, and collaborate with providers to support inmate health while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse with valid LPN license required.
• Experience in correctional or secure healthcare settings preferred.
• Ability to monitor patients and document care accurately.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on nursing care and monitor patient symptoms and progress.
• Document care accurately and collaborate on treatment plans.
• Administer medications per standards and orders.
• Perform patient assessments and respond to emergencies.
