Aspire Senior Living Excelsior Springs is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the night shift. You will deliver patient-centered care, administer medications, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to meet residents' physical, emotional, and social needs.

Qualifications include MO LPN licensure, CPR certification, and experience in long-term care or senior living. A 12-hour night shift with rotating weekends/holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Current Missouri LPN licensure.
• CPR certification is required.
• Experience in long-term care or senior living preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including medications and wound care.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to charge nurse/physician.
• Collaborate with care team to develop and implement care plans.
• Support residents and families, maintain a positive, caring environment.
