As a Night Shift LPN, you will monitor residents’ conditions, record vital signs, and report changes to the healthcare team. You will collaborate to ensure safe, high-quality care during evening hours and contribute to a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and treatments
• Conduct vital signs, monitor patient conditions, and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Perform nursing procedures as necessary, including checking patient vitals, taking temperatures, and administering oxygen therapy
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment
