Job summary

Cherry Blossom Health & Rehab in Macon, GA is seeking a dedicated LPN Charge Nurse for night shift. You will work with RNs and CNAs to deliver high-quality patient care and ensure adherence to care plans.

This full-time role offers a competitive pay range of $28.49 to $31.40 per hour, shift differentials for evenings, nights and weekends, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, PTO, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Georgia or eligibility.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
