Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited college or program.
• Current, active Ohio LPN license (or multi-state license).
• Current CPR certification.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and long-term care regulations.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Compassionate approach and ability to work with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per resident’s care plan.
• Administer medications, perform assessments, provide wound care, document.
• Supervise and support Nursing Assistants in daily activities.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the physician.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team and families to ensure high-quality care.
