Job summary

Heritage Grove Estates in Topeka, KS is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the night shift. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, and supervise CNAs to ensure safe, individualized overnight care.

We offer a $7,000 sign-on bonus for eligible full-time night nurses, night shift differential, and opportunities for professional development within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Current, active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing in the State of Kansas.
• Current CPR or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or post-acute nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical observation, assessment, and critical-thinking abilities within the LPN scope of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per individualized care plans and physician orders.
• Monitor residents overnight and recognize changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments safely within LPN scope.
• Supervise CNAs and support nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and reports during shift.
