Ayden Healthcare of Wauseon seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team. The LPN works under supervision to provide quality nursing care to residents, document data, observe changes, and report pertinent information to the care team.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily resident care, delivering compassionate support, supervising other nursing staff as needed, and performing duties as assigned by the nursing department.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid OH LPN license.
• CPR certification required.

Ayden Healthcare of Wauseon is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). $4,000 Sign on Bonus for Night shift.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Expectations:

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) works under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Practice Guidelines, and nursing judgment.

Caring for our residents include delivering quality nursing care to residents, collecting resident data, making observations, reporting pertinent information to the care of patients, direct and supervise other nursing staff members as needed

In addition to these core responsibilities, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) may perform other similar duties as assigned by the nursing department when necessary.

All employees must be caring individuals dedicated to providing high-quality care to our residents/patients

Requirements:

Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in OH

Must have current CPR certification
