Job summary

Ayden Healthcare of Wauseon is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team for day and night shifts. A $4,000 sign-on bonus is available. You will provide quality nursing care to residents under supervision and follow state practice guidelines.

LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

Ayden Healthcare of Wauseon is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). $4,000 Sign on Bonus for Day and Night shift.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Expectations:

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) works under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Practice Guidelines, and nursing judgment.

Caring for our residents include delivering quality nursing care to residents, collecting resident data, making observations, reporting pertinent information to the care of patients, direct and supervise other nursing staff members as needed

In addition to these core responsibilities, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) may perform other similar duties as assigned by the nursing department when necessary.

Requirements:
