Beloved Health & Rehab in Hannibal, MO is seeking a full-time LPN for Monday–Thursday night shifts. This role supports a dedicated team caring for seniors, with a stable, non-rotating schedule and opportunities like DailyPay. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and supervise CNAs to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license is required in Missouri.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong attention to detail and clinical judgment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Supervise and support CNAs to ensure quality care.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and overnight needs.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and HIPAA standards.
