Job summary

Beloved Health & Rehab in Hannibal, MO is seeking a full-time LPN for Monday–Thursday night shifts to provide consistent, high-quality care for seniors. You’ll administer medications, monitor residents, and document changes, while supporting CNAs and participating in admissions and discharges.

This role offers a strong team environment, HIPAA-compliant practice, and a comprehensive benefits package. Qualifications include a Missouri LPN license and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri LPN license (required).
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong attention to detail and clinical judgment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassion for and commitment to caring for seniors.
• Experience in long-term care or rehab is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities
