Northwell Health is seeking a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time night shifts of 12-hour and 8-hour rotations across a 4-day work week. The role includes patient assessment, medication administration, and potential telephone triage duties.

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program and hold an active NYS license. Work schedule includes weekends and holidays per unit needs, with benefits as per policy.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing or Nursing Vocational/Technical school.
• Current License to practice as a Practical Nurse in New York State.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional nursing care to patients under physician guidance.
• Administer medications and document effects.
• Observe and document patients' medical status throughout treatment.
• Perform back office duties and rotate as telephone triage nurse as needed.
• Follow Practice policies and procedures and fulfill essential duties as defined by law.
