Job summary

TalentBurst is recruiting a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for a 14-week assignment in Camden, ME. Shift: 06:45 PM – 07:15 AM, 12 hours/day, 3 days/week. Conduct patient assessments, administer medications, and coordinate with RNs to ensure safe, effective care.

Must hold current LPN/LVN license and good English communication skills. The role emphasizes compliance, documentation, and patient-family education while maintaining safety and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collects, reports and documents objective and subjective data.
• Observes condition changes and reports to RN.
• Provides direct patient care and implements plan of care.
• Communicates data to RN/physician and documents accurately.
• Assists with discharge planning and patient/family education.
