Job summary

Azria Health Clarinda is seeking an experienced LPN for a full-time night shift from 6p to 6a. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered. The nurse will contribute to high-quality restorative care for residents, support families, and collaborate with the clinical team to maintain exceptional service.

Applicants must hold a IA LPN license, BLS/CPR certification, and have prior long-term care experience. Strong communication and PCC experience are a plus for this role.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the state of IA.
• BLS/CPR Certification.
• Previous experience in a Long Term Care facility.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Point Click Care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide restorative care to residents and monitor health status.
• Communicate clearly with the clinical team and families as needed.
• Ensure accurate documentation and teamwork during night shifts.
