National Beef Leathers of St. Joseph, MO is hiring a Loss Prevention Officer to help keep our facility safe and secure. The role involves monitoring traffic, patrolling the premises, inspecting vehicles and bags, and documenting observations.

Candidates must read, write, and speak English, be dependable, and have good conflict resolution and communication skills. Starting wage is $18.50 per hour with a $0.50/hour raise after 90 days.

Qualifications

• CCTV surveillance experience or aptitude.
• Strong ethical character and dependable nature.
• Good conflict resolution and professional behavior.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, control, and document vehicular traffic.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment by controlling access and monitoring premises.
• Secure premises by patrolling property.
• Inspect vehicles and bags/lunch boxes.
• Monitor access points and complete timely reports.
