National Beef is hiring a Loss Prevention Officer in St. Joseph, MO for a full-time, on-site role. The starting wage is $18.50 per hour with a $0.50 increase after 90 days.

Schedules rotate every four weeks, including nights and weekends, with family-friendly benefits and employee meat discounts. Responsibilities include monitoring traffic, securing premises, inspecting vehicles and bags, and completing required reports.

Formación

• Surveillance skills (CCTV) and a strong ethical character.
• Dependable with good attendance and reliability.
• Ability to be objective and professional in all situations.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal, in English.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor, control, and document vehicular traffic.
• Maintain a safe environment by controlling access and patrolling premises.
• Inspect vehicles, bags, and lunch boxes as needed.
• Monitor access points and complete timely reports.
• Record observations, investigations and security activities.
• Prevent loss of company property and deter unauthorized entry.
• Investigate incidents of irregularity and contribute to team effort.
