Schedule

• Night Shift hours start between 7:15pm-7:30pm and end between 5:55am-6:10am
• Shift schedule varies by location
• Training: 5 days, 8 hours per day for up to 3 weeks
• Post-training: 4 shifts, 10 hours each week
• Overtime is encouraged and available

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate small industrial vehicles, including forklifts, cherry pickers, tugger, reach truck, pallet jack, etc.
• Manage and distribute goods within BMW’s logistics system
• Move parts and pallets from trucks and store them properly, including high racks
• Use forklifts to handle large items on warehouse shelves
• Scan, pick, inspect, transport parts to ensure timely delivery to production
• Perform general warehouse duties as needed

Essential Job Functions

• Work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Maintain stationary position during shifts
• Position self for various physical tasks, including reaching overhead and moving up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Follow written and oral instructions in English

Minimum Experience

• 6+ months forklift experience
• Experience with RFID scanners
• Warehouse, shipping, inventory experience is a plus
• Experience with SAP is a plus
• High school diploma or GED required
