Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records using SAP and Excel.
• Reconcile discrepancies and support cycle counts.
• Process material movements and transfers.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents.
• Coordinate with carriers and vendors for inbound/outbound deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with shipping and receiving protocols.
• Communicate with production, planning, and quality teams to ensure timely material flow.
• Support daily logistics activities including staging, labeling, and documentation.
• Assist with warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Enter data into SAP and other systems for inventory and logistics tracking.
• Generate reports for inventory status, shipment tracking, and audit support.
• Follow all safety procedures and GMP standards.
• Participate in safety initiatives and training.
