Job summary

The Kroger Company in Cleveland, TN is hiring a Warehouse Associate responsible for filling retail store orders accurately and safely. You will operate industrial equipment, follow the warehouse management system, and prepare orders for delivery to retail locations.

You will load cases onto pallets, ensure correct quantities, wrap orders, and deliver to the shipping dock while adhering to safety and attendance policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read and understand instructions.
• Willing to work weekends, nights, overtime and holidays regularly.
• Capable of walking, standing, bending, pushing/pulling for 8 hours with a sense of urgency.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Able to work in ambient or refrigerated environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Complete store order assignments using the warehouse management system.
• Follow voice commands and/or read order to confirm correct case number and quantity.
• Place selected cases on pallet and organize to minimize product damage.
• Wrap completed store orders and deliver to shipping dock.
• Comply with all department policies including safety and attendance.
• Perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
