Job summary

Sentinel Transportation, LLC is seeking a Local End Dump Driver for the Lake Charles, LA terminal. This night-shift, home-daily role operates on a 5/2 - 5/3 schedule and offers a long-term career path with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities include safe transport of crude oil, pre/post-trip inspections, and DOT/commercial paperwork. CDL A, Haz-Mat and Tanker endorsements, and DOT compliance are required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of tractor-trailer driving experience; 6 months of tanker experience preferred.
• Valid CDL A: must hold a CDL A license.
• Haz-Mat and Tanker Endorsements required; TWIC card may be required depending on MVR.
• Must pass a DOT physical, drug test, and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Safely pick up and drop trailers, and load/unload products as required.
• Conduct thorough pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Complete required DOT and company paperwork.
• Monitor vehicle safety and ensure the functionality of all related equipment.
