Job summary

Allied Universal® is hiring a Lobby Supervisor who will manage lobby receptionists and oversee security access control across multiple sites for a high-profile client. The role requires at least 2 years of security experience, ability to stand for long periods, and a valid driver's license.

Pay is $19.00 per hour, weekly, with a night shift from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM. You will supervise day-to-day operations, enforce company policies, coordinate training, and support the Account Manager in

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to obtain SECRET clearance with the DoD.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in security, law enforcement, or military service.
• Supervisory experience in security-related industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services to the client; coach, recognize, and discipline lobby staff as needed.
• Oversee day-to-day operations at the site for Lobbies, Badge & ID, Visitor Centers, and Large Events.
• Enforce Allied Universal policies as outlined in handbooks and memos.
• Train staff and conduct OJT and refresher training for lobby personnel.
• Assist with payroll, incident reports, and post orders; communicate staffing needs to management.
